Haseki Külliyesi ve çevresi için koruma ve sağlıklaştırma önerisi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışması, Haseki Külliyesi ve çevresindeki tarihi alan için koruma ve sağlıklaştırma önerisidir. Yapılan bu çalışma kapsamında, İstanbul Tarihi Yarımada'da bulunan Haseki Bölgesi ve daha detaylı olarak incelenen çalışma alanının fiziksel ve sosyal sorunları irdelenerek, onlara çözümler üretilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bizans ve Osmanlı'nın tarihi izlerini taşıyan Haseki Bölgesi'nde, tarihi çevrenin daha iyi korunması, yaşatılması hedeflenmekte, bunun ötesinde koruma önerilerinin getirildiği bir çalışma ile bölgenin özgün niteliklerinin ve kimliğinin ortaya çıkarılmasına çalışılmaktadır. Koruma Projesi, üç aşamada ele alınmıştır. İlk aşama 'analiz', ikinci aşama 'değerlendirme' ve üçüncü aşama ise 'öneri'den oluşur. Çalışma alanında, Haseki Külliyesi ve Cerrah Paşa Cami odaklı projeler yapılmış ve ileriye yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Haseki, tarihi çevre, koruma, sağlıklaştırma

This thesis study is a conservation and rehabilitation proposal for Haseki Complex and its historic environs. Within the framework of this study, it is aimed to propose solutions to the physical and social problems within Haseki Region, and the Study Area which was studied in detail. It is intended to better preserve and sustain the historic environment. Above all, it is to reveal the original qualities and the identity of the region through a study bringing conservation proposals. Conservation Project is handled in three phases. First phase is the `analysis?, second phase is the `evaluation? and the third one is the `porposal? phase. Within the study area, two important nodal areas of Cerrah Paşa Mosque and Haseki Complex has been studied as sub-study areas in more detail, to put forward new proposals for the future.
