Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, ödül alan öğretmenlerin çalışma sürecinde yaşadıkları sorunları, okul yönetimi, meslektaş ve veli deneyimlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma, durum çalışması deseni kullanılmıştır. Çalışma evreni ödül alan öğretmenlerdir. Örneklem ise global teacher ve fark yaratan öğretmen ünvanı almış öğretmenlerdir. Çalışmada, yarı yapılandırılmış sorular ile görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama amacıyla görüşme formu hazırlanmış ve 2 uzman görüşüne başvurulmuştur. Görüşme formu iki ana başlık halinde toplam 13 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Verilerin analizinde; temalar oluşturulmuş, veriler kodlara ve temalara göre düzenlenmiş ve tanımlanmış, son olarak bulgular yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre ödül alan öğretmenler yöneticileri tarafından maddi ve manevi destek gördükleri, yöneticilerin öğretmenlerin proje tanıtımlarına yardımcı oldukları, öğretmenlerin önüne çıkan bürokrasi engelini kaldırdıkları görülmüştür. Ödül alan öğretmenleri, meslektaşlarının motive ettiği, manevi destek verdiği, meslektaşlarıyla iş birliği içinde olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Ödül alan öğretmenlerin bazı meslektaşları tarafından motivasyonlarının düşürüldüğü, dışlandıkları belirlenmiştir. Velilerin yapılan çalışmalara maddi ve manevi destek oldukları, öğretmenler ile iş birliği yaptıkları sonucuna varılmıştır. Ödül alan öğretmen ünvanı alan öğretmenlerin tanınırlıklarının ve saygınlıklarının arttığı, bakış açılarının değiştiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Öğretmenler ödül aldıktan sonra görev değişikliğine uğraması araştırmanın önemli sonuçlarından biridir. Ödül alan öğretmen ünvanına sahip olabilmek için ihtiyaçların doğru belirleme, öğrencileri tanıma, araştırmacı olma, kendine inanma, mücadeleci olma, öğrenmeye ve değişime açık olma özelliklerine sahip olma gerekliliği belirtilmiştir. The aim of this study is to determine the problems faced by the award-winning teachers in the working process, and the experiences of school management, colleagues and parents. Qualitative research, case study design was used in the research. The universe of work is teachers who receive awards. The sample, on the other hand, is the teachers who have the title of global teacher and teacher who make a difference. In the study, interview technique with semi-structured questions was used. An interview form was prepared for data collection and two experts were consulted for opinion. The interview form consists of a total of 13 questions under two main headings. In the analysis of the data; Themes were created, data were organized and defined according to codes and themes, and finally the findings were interpreted. According to the results of the research, it was observed that the teachers who received awards received financial and moral support from their administrators, that the administrators helped the teachers to promote the projects, and they removed the bureaucracy obstacle before the teachers. It was determined that the teachers who received an award were demotivated by their colleagues and excluded. It was concluded that the parents supported the studies financially and morally and cooperated with the teachers. It was concluded that the recognition and prestige of the teachers who received the title of award-winning teacher increased and their perspective changed. One of the important results of the research is that teachers were appointed for different job positions after receiving an award. It is stated that in order to have the title of award-winning teacher, it is necessary to determine the needs correctly, to know the students, to be a researcher, to believe in oneself, to be challenging, to be open to learning and change.
