2008 Krizi Dönemi Sonrası Demir Çelik Sektöründen İki Firmanın Finansal Durumlarının İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın konusu; 2008 yılında başlayan ve bütün küresel ekonomileri ve sektörleri olumsuz etkileyen küresel krizden sonraki 10 yıl içerisinde, Türkiye'de demir çelik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren başlıca iki firmanın finansal durumlarının araştırılmasıdır. Bu çalışmada özellikle borsaya kote olmuş şirketlerin finansal durumlarını incelemekte en çok kullanılan iki analiz türü olan Teknik Analiz ve Mali Analiz yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. İlk yöntemde formasyon, hareketli ortalama,gösterge ve hacim analizi uygulanırken, ikinci yöntemde yatay, dikey, trend ve rasyo analizi uygulanmıştır. Çalışma esas olarak beş ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk iki bölümde Teknik ve Mali Analiz yöntemleri hakkında teorik bilgiler aktarılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde 2008 krizi ve krizin ekonomi ile demir çelik sektöründeki yansımaları ele alınmıştır. Dördüncü bölüm metodoloji hakkında bilgilendirme mahiyetinde olmuş, beşinci bölümde ise sözü edilen yöntemler kullanılarak şirketler analize tabi tutulmuştur.

The main issue of this study is, examining the financial conditions of two Turkish companies from iron and steel industry after the next ten years of the crisis which started in 2008 and adversely affected all global economies and industries. In this study, two types of analysis, Technical Analysis and Financial Analysis, which are used most frequently for examining the financial status of companies listed on the stock markets, are used. In the first method; formation, moving average, indicator and volume analysis were applied. In the second method; horizontal, vertical, trend and ratio analysis were applied. The study mainly consists of five main chapters. In the first two chapters, the theoretical information about the methods of technical and financial analysis is given. In the third chapter, the 2008 crisis and its effects on the economy and the iron and steel industry are discussed. The fourth chapter is about informing about the methodology and in the fifth chapter companies are analyzed using the methods that mentioned.
