Azerbaycan Cumhuriyetin'de uygulanan inovasyon stratejileri ve yasal destek

Abstract

Azerbaycan`da başarılı bir sosyoekonomik gelişme stratejisinin bir sonucu olarak Azerbaycan'da yaratılan sosyoekonomik potansiyel, sürdürülebilir ekonomik gelişme ve makroekonomik istikrar sağlamıştır. Bu strateji neticesinde ekonominin çeşitlenmesi, petrol dışı sektörlerin gelişimi hızlandırılmış ve stratejik döviz rezervlerinin etkin kullanımı sağlanmıştır. Devlet başkanı tarafından yürütülen politikanın uygulanması, önümüzdeki yıllarda sürdürülebilir kalkınma için sağlam bir temel oluşturmaya, Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti ekonomisinin dünya ekonomik sistemine entegrasyonunun hızlandırılmasına ve nüfusun yaşam standartlarının daha da iyileştirilmesine olanak sağlamıştır. Devletin bağımsızlığının restorasyonu, Azerbaycan'da yeni, bütünleşik bir ekonomik sistemin kurulmasını radikal reformların önemli bir görevi haline getirmiştir. Tez çalışmasının amacı, geçiş sürecinde yürütülen ekonomik reformların özelliklerini ve ülkenin ulusal ekonomik kalkınma stratejisinin gerçekleştirilme yönlerini, teorik kavramları ve geçiş sürecinde ekonomik reformların uygulanmasına ilişkin uluslararası deneyimleri incelemek ve ayrıca Azerbaycan ekonomisinde reformu sonuçlandıran etmenlerle ilgili faktörleri tanımlamak, mevcut durumun ve uygulanan ekonomik reformlar stratejisinin yasal desteğinin fiili sorunlarının ortaya çıkarılması ve iyileştirme yönlerinin tanımlanmasıdır.

The socio-economic potential created in Azerbaijan as a result of a successful socio-economic development strategy in Azerbaijan has provided sustainable economic development and macroeconomic stability. As a result of this strategy, the diversification of the economy, the growth of non-oil sectors have been accelerated and effective use of strategic foreign exchange reserves has been ensured. The implementation of the policy carried out by the head of state enabled the establishment of a solid basis for sustainable development in the coming years, accelerating the integration of the economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan into the world economic system and further improving the living standards of the population. The restoration of the state's independence has made the establishment of a new, integrated economic system an important task of radical reforms in Azerbaijan. The aim of the thesis study is to examine the characteristics of the economic reforms carried out in the transition process and the aspects of the implementation of the national economic development strategy, the theoretical concepts and the international experiences related to the implementation of economic reforms in the transition process. to identify the actual problems of support and to define the aspects of improvement.
