Abstract

This dissertation aims at pointing out the problems high school teachersencounter, suggesting some ways to cope with them and measures that can be takento this effect in advance. Class management plays a very significant role in educatingyoung people who represent the future of the country. While aiming at providingyoung people with the necessary information about the economic life, showing howclass management shapes up this aim is of prior significance vis-a-vis educationalmanagement. In this paper, efficient models of class management are going to bediscussed.First part of this paper focuses on the approaches in class management andsignificance of factors such as discipline, motivation and communication inestablishing a positive atmosphere within class. Other parts focus on identifyingproblems, suggestions to solve them and the role of teacher in class management.Class management has played a very important role in paving the way for thedevelopment of the country. While making this research it has been observed that ittakes teachers and the educational system quite a long and tiring time to getaccustomed to making use of class management techniques and methods in amodern and constructive approach.
