| dc.description | The aim of this study is the determination of both organizational and general cynicism level on hospital employees. Within the scope of the research, a survey was carried out in two hospitals in Istanbul and Anatolia. The study includes three main sections and a conclusion. The first section examined the concepts of general cynicism and organizational cynicism. In second section, causes of organizational cynicism, its consequences and cynicism in health organizations were examined. The third section is the research and the findings were presented. Within the scope hypotheses of the research, examined the relationship between general cynicism and organizational cynicism. As a result, it is confirm that hospital employees have moderate organizational cynicism level. In addition, the determinations shows that, there is positive and weak correlation between organizational cynicism and general cynicism. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Bu arştırma amacı, hastane çalışanlarının örgütsel sinizm ve genel sinizm düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma kapsamında, İstanbul ve Anadolu'daki iki hastanede anket uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma, üç ana bölüm ve bir sonuç bölümünden oluşmuştur. İlk bölümde örgütsel sinizm ve genel sinizm kavramları incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde örgütsel sinizmin nedenleri, sonuçları ve sağlık kurumlarında sinizm incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde araştırmaya ve araştırma bulgularına yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın hipotezleri kapsamında genel sinizm ile örgütsel sinizm arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak hastane çalışanlarının örgütsel sinizm düzeylerinin orta seviyede olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda genel sinizm ile örgütsel sinizm arasında pozitif yönde zayıf bir ilişki tespit edildi. | tr_TR |
