Abstract

Incentives have received the attention of behavioral and management scholars as they are important in increasing the production of employees and their satisfaction within institutions, which improves the performance of these institutions. Among these institutions of all types are educational institutions that seek integration in all aspects of work in these institutions, and among the elements of these institutions is the human element that It needs incentives of various kinds that contribute to increasing their satisfaction. Therefore, this thesis examines the effect of material and moral incentives on job satisfaction among employees at Qatar Technical Secondary School for Boys, and find a statistically significant effect of this relationship, The study sample consisted of 83 employees in this school, and a questionnaire was distributed to them, and To achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, in addition to the necessary statistical methods using the SPSS program, The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect between material and moral incentives on the Satisfaction of employees.
