Abstract

Ford and Taylor had implemented scientific knowledge in the operation organizations nearly a hundred years ago. At the end of 201h century, both of them were positioned in the lists that were consisted of people who influenced the century deeply, as a result of various evaluations. The climate had inspired them started to change since the last quarter of the 20th century and left his place to a dtfferent elimate. The new elimate has transformed the nature of problems of business world radically. Since thebeginnings of 1990's, it can be said that our view about the world has started to change deeply and we have begun to get know some qualities of most of the systems that we interest that we didn't care about before, especially. In this context, it seems possible to collect those qualities under the title of "complexity"
