1981-2003 Betonarme Konut İnşaatlarında Maliyet Artışını Gösteren Bir İndeks Çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı bina yapım projelerinde maliyet tahmini ve araştırma elemanı olan indeksleri tanıtmak kullanımlarını allamak, Ülkemizdeki farklı indeks çeşitlerini ve metotlarını değerlendirmek ve sonuç olarak, ülkemiz için betonarme karkas konut binaları maliyet indeksi oluşturmaktır. Ülkemizde bina maliyet indeksi üzerine çalışmalar; İstanbul Ticaret Odası, Türkiye Bilimsel ve Teknik Araştırma Kurumu (Tübitak) ve T.C. Başbakanlık Devlet istatistik Enstitüsü tarafından yapılmaktadır. Binaları ile betonları ile karkas konulu binaları maliyet artışları belirlenmektedir.

The aim of this study is; to introduce the indexes which are the cost estimating and research elements in building construction projects, to explain the use of them, to evaluate the different kinds of indexes and their melhods at home, and at the result of this, to construct a concrete framed housing cost index for our country. The studies on the building cost indexes are made by Islanbul Chamber of Commerce, Turkish Scientific and Technical Research Council, State lnstituc of Statistical Prime Ministry Republic of Turkey in our country. Wilh this sludy, concrele framed housing cost increases are determined.
