Publication After the Protest: Istanbul Park Forums and People's Engagement in Political Action(Routledge Journals, Taylor & Francis Ltd., 2022) RAMAZANOĞULLARI, HANDEThis article presents an overview of the Istanbul park forums that emerged in parallel with the Gezi events - social protest movements that took place in summer 2013. Despite the criticism that Gezi events were short-lived, impulsive, and ineffectual I argue that they have a long-lasting influence on democratic consciousness and new forms of political action. Istanbul park forums, the street and urban squares have become an important link between those who wish to transform the qualities of both democracy and the regime at large with efforts to create influence over local and national policy-making processes through engagement in political action. Drawing from the political theory of Hannah Arendt, this study assigns the capacities of 'deed and speech' to redefine 'politics'. Analyzing the politics of the park forum process through the lens and concepts of Arendt's political theory suggests an alternative way of evaluating the eventual dissolution of the Gezi events: rather than suffering from the inability to organize themselves within the conventional format of party politics, I show that the Gezi community deliberately created a new manner of engagement through political action, and thereby cast its influence as a historic landmark in the future of Turkish politics.Publication Anxiolytic-Like Effects of Extremely Low Frequency Electric Field in Stressed Rats: Involvement of 5-HT2C Receptors(Taylor & Francis Ltd., 2022) Kantar, Deniz; Acun, Alev Duygu; AFŞAR, EBRU; Yargıçoğlu, PirayeBackground Possible modulatory effects of noninvasive brain stimulation have gained interest recently. In our study, the effect of low frequency electric fields (LF-EF) on stress-induced electrophysiological, behavioral changes and the possible involvement of serotonergic 5-HT2C receptors were investigated. Materials and methods A total of eight groups including the control groups were formed by applying LF-EF with or without a 5-HT2C receptor agonist to naive or acute stress exposed rats to demonstrate the effects of LF-EF. LF-EF administration at 10 kV/m was started 30 min before acute stress application and lasted for 1 h in total. Anxiety levels and social interaction were evaluated using the elevated plus maze test and social interaction test, respectively. Auditory evoked potentials (AEP) were recorded by using ascending loudness paradigms. Loudness dependence AEP (LDAEP) was calculated by using amplitude values to analyze serotonergic transmission. Serotonin and glucocorticoid levels were measured in the frontal cortex and hippocampus. Results It was observed that the applied LF-EF reduced the anxiety behavior, and attenuated the LDAEP responses in stress and/or 5-HT2C receptor agonist applied groups. In parallel, an increase in serotonin levels and a decrease in glucocorticoid levels were observed. However, LF-EF exposure was ineffective in impaired social interaction. Conclusions Our findings show that 10 kV/m LF-EF administration may modulate the neural network and physiological responses associated with mild acute stress. 5-HT2C receptor dependent functions are thought to play a role in the anxiolytic effect of LF-EF.Publication Arteriovenous Fistula Self-Care Behaviors in Patients Receiving Hemodialysis Treatment: Association With Health Literacy and Self-Care Agency(Sage Publications Ltd., 2022) Bülbül, Elif; Ayvaz, Meryem Yıldız; Yeni, Tuğba; TÜREN, SEVDA; Efil, SevdaBackground: Arteriovenous fistula-related self-care behaviors, self-care agency and health literacy are important for vascular access patency, which is vital in the continuation of hemodialysis treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the arteriovenous fistula-related self-care behaviors of patients receiving chronic hemodialysis treatment and the relationship between these behaviors and their health literacy and self-care agency levels. Methods: In this descriptive correlational study, the data were collected from 216 chronic hemodialysis patients. Results: The rate of the patients who had good self-care behaviors levels was 83.96%. The sociodemographic variables that were significantly related to AVF-related self-care behaviors were education, employment status and age. It was found that the patients who had had AVF for a longer time had better self-care behaviors regarding their management of symptoms and findings (p < 0.05). As the self-care agency of the patients (r = 0.612, p < 0.001) and their health literacy (r = 0.421, p < 0.001) increased, their AVF-related self-care behaviors also increased. Conclusion: Age, education status, health literacy and self-care agency were identified to affect AVF-related self-care behaviors.Publication Assessment of Psychometric Characteristics of the Coronavirus Anxiety Scale in Patients with Preexisting Psychiatric Disorders(Taylor & Francis, 2022) Karahamet, Elif; Angın, Ülkem; Yılmaz, Onat; DENİZ, DERYA; Konuk, NumanThis study aimed to evaluate the psychometric characteristics of the Turkish version of the CAS in a Turkish psychiatric outpatient setting. A total of 198 patients with a preexisting psychiatric disorder completed the CAS scale. The scale's validity and reliability were evaluated using convergent and concurrent validity, internal consistency, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, and ROC analysis. The Turkish version of CAS might help physicians assess the COVID-19 associated anxiety in patients with psychiatric comorbidities.Publication Assessment of the Correlation Between Weight Status and the Frequency of Dietician Interviews in Sleeve Gastrectomy Patients(Springer, 2021) BATAR, NAZLI; SEVDİN, SEZEN; Güçlü, Duygu; KERMEN, SEDAPurpose The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the weight status of sleeve gastrectomy patients during the first two postoperative years and the frequency of dietician interviews. Materials and Methods This was a retrospective cross-sectional study, and the subjects were patients who had surgery at a special obesity clinic, Bariatriklab, in Istanbul, Turkey, between February 01, 2014, and February 01, 2018.The mean age +/- standard deviation of the participants was 38.8 +/- 11.9 years. The mean body mass index (BMI) +/- standard deviation was 44.2 +/- 6.1 kg/m(2)preoperatively. The preoperative (pre-op) and 12-, 18-, and 24-month postoperative (post-op) weights and the frequency of interviews with dieticians for 2 years after the operation were collected, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS ver. 23.0. Results A total of 247 laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) patients, 161 women (65.2%) and 86 men (34.8%), were evaluated in this study. As the frequency of dietician interviews increased in the first year, the amount of excess weight loss (EWL) increased in the second year (p < 0.01). In addition, as the frequency of dietician interviews increased in the second year, the amount of EWL in the second year decreased (p < 0.01). The frequency of dietician counseling among participants who did not experience weight loss between 12 and 24 months was significantly higher than that among those who experienced weight loss (p < 0.05). Conclusion It should not be forgotten that bariatric surgery requires teamwork, and patients should be cared for with an interdisciplinary approach. Dieticians play an important role in changing nutritional habits and making them sustainable.Publication Boosting the Visibility of Services in Microservice Architecture(Springer, 2023) TOKMAK, AHMET VEDAT; AKBULUT, AKHAN; Çatal, ÇağatayMonolithic software architectures are no longer sufficient for the highly complex software-intensive systems, which modern society depends on. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) surpassed monolithic architecture due to its reusability, platform independency, ease of maintenance, and scalability. Recent SOA implementations made use of cloud-native architectural approaches such as microservice architecture, which has resulted in a new challenge: the discovery difficulties of services. One way to dynamically discover and route traffic to service instances is to use a service discovery tool to locate the Internet Protocol (IP) address and port number of a microservice. In the event that replicated microservice instances are found to provide the same function, it is crucial to select the right microservice that provides the best overall experience for the end-user. Parameters including success rate, efficiency, delay time, and response time play a vital role in establishing a microservice's Quality of Service (QoS). These assessments can be performed by means of a live health-check service, or, alternatively, by making a prediction of the current state of affairs with the application of machine learning-based approaches. In this research, we evaluate the performance of several classification algorithms for estimating the quality of microservices using the QWS dataset containing traffic data of 2505 microservices. Our research also analyzed the boosting algorithms, namely Gradient Boost, XGBoost, LightGBM, and CatBoost to improve the overall performance. We utilized parameter optimization techniques, namely Grid Search, Random Search, Bayes Search, Halvin Grid Search, and Halvin Random Search to fine-tune the hyperparameters of our classifier models. Experimental results demonstrated that the CatBoost algorithm achieved the highest level of accuracy (90.42%) in predicting microservice quality.Publication Characterization of Site Amplification by a Parametric Study(Taylor & Francis Inc., 2023) FERCAN, NAZİFE ÖZGE; Şafak, Erdal; Ansal, AtillaThe reliability of Vs30 and the performance of alternative time averaged shear wave velocities (Vsz) and shear wave travel times (Ttz) at various depths, z, were investigated for the estimation of site amplification and fundamental frequency (f0) characterization by considering the linear and nonlinear soil behavior. The study revealed that alternative parameters performed better than Vs30 and the best performing z parameters changed by switching from convex to concave theoretical profiles and by increasing ground motions. For a practical usage in site investigations, guidelines to estimate nonlinear soil amplification factor and fundamental frequency from the linear ones were presented.Publication Cognitive Control and Flexibility to Happiness: Distress Tolerance and Difficulties in Emotion Regulation as Serial Mediators(Springer, 2024) Satıcı, Seydi Ahmet; ÖZTÜRK, MELTEM; Okur, Sinan; Deniz, M. EnginHappiness is a positive construct that includes individual, interrelated cognitive and emotional components and is the pursuit of human nature. In this study, serial multiple mediation analysis was performed to test the hypothetical model that addresses distress tolerance and difficulties in emotion regulation as serial mediators in the relationship between cognitive control and flexibility, and happiness. The participants were 315 Turkish individuals from 34 cities in Turkiye. The structural equation modeling revealed that both distress tolerance and difficulties in emotion regulation have a full serial mediator role in the relationships between cognitive control and flexibility, and happiness. Limitations and future research suggestions are discussed.Publication Cross-Cultural Adaptation, Reliability, and Validity of a Turkish Version of the Work Rehabilitation Questionnaire (WORQ-Turkish)(Springer Plenum, 2021) Aran, Orkun Tahir; Abaoğlu, Hatice; Çağlar, Gamze Ekici; AKEL, BURCU SEMİN; Aki, Esra; Karahan, Sevilay; Kayıhan, HülyaPurposeThe Work Rehabilitation Questionnaire (WORQ) is an instrument based on the International Classification of Functioning Vocational rehabilitation core set. The aim of this study was to analyze the validity, reliability and cross-cultural adaptation of the WORQ to Turkish and evaluate its psychometric properties.MethodsThe cross-cultural adaptation and translation procedures were conducted following Beaton's guidelines. The test-re-test reliability was examined by Spearman Brown Coefficient (split half analysis), internal consistency was examined by Cronbach's alpha. Criterion related validity of the WORQ was determined by Beck Depression Inventory using Pearson correlation coefficient and known group differences regarding age, gender, work and educational levels using one-way ANOVA and t test. Construct validity was examined by confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS.ResultsTwo hundred and fifty-seven participants with disabilities were included to the study from seven different provinces of Turkey. The WORQ-Turkish showed excellent internal consistency (0.906), good test-retest reliability (0.811), and good construct validity (good model fit indices). Criterion related validity analysis showed medium correlations between WORQ and Beck Depression Inventory (p < 0.001), however there were no statistical significant differences regarding known group parameters (p > 0.05).ConclusionsIn this study, the cross-cultural adaptation, and validity and reliability of WORQ-Turkish self-reported version were examined and the results indicated that WORQ-Turkish was a valid and reliable scale for analyzing vocational rehabilitation process of people with disabilities.Publication Cultural Beliefs of Turkish Women for Breast Cancer and Screening(SAGE Publications Inc., 2021) Tosun, Hale; Andsoy, Işıl Işık; GÜL, ASİYEIntroduction: Breast cancer is an important health problem and early diagnosis is important in its treatment. Women's approach and cultural beliefs are effective in ensuring early diagnosis. This study examined psychometric properties of the Ferrans Cultural Beliefs Scale and assessed cultural beliefs on breast cancer and screening programs among Turkish women. Method: The study was performed in a descriptive and cross-sectional design with 420 women using the Ferrans Cultural Beliefs Scale that is considered reliable and valid in Turkey. Results: The mean total score of the Ferrans Cultural Beliefs Scale was 3.24 +/- 3.16. The highest "yes" responses were for the statement "If breast cancer is treated correctly, it can be cured" (n = 387, 92.1%). Discussion: This study, which is the first in Turkey, highlights the importance of measuring the effects of Turkish healthy women's cultural beliefs in breast cancer and screening for early diagnosis. Determining women's cultural beliefs will make known the attitudes and behaviors toward breast cancer, so that the nurse will provide sensitive and effective nursing care, develop nursing knowledge, and integrate this knowledge with clinical practice.Publication Deep Learning-Based User Experience Evaluation in Distance Learning(Springer, 2023) SADIGOV, RAHIM; YILDIRIM, ELİF; KOCAÇINAR, BÜŞRA; AKBULUT, FATMA PATLAR; Çatal, ÇağatayThe Covid-19 pandemic caused uncertainties in many different organizations, institutions gained experience in remote working and showed that high-quality distance education is a crucial component in higher education. The main concern in higher education is the impact of distance education on the quality of learning during such a pandemic. Although this type of education may be considered effective and beneficial at first glance, its effectiveness highly depends on a variety of factors such as the availability of online resources and individuals' financial situations. In this study, the effectiveness of e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic is evaluated using posted tweets, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling techniques. More than 160,000 tweets, addressing conditions related to the major change in the education system, were gathered from Twitter social network and deep learning-based sentiment analysis models and topic models based on latent dirichlet allocation (LDA) algorithm were developed and analyzed. Long short term memory-based sentiment analysis model using word2vec embedding was used to evaluate the opinions of Twitter users during distance education and also, a topic model using the LDA algorithm was built to identify the discussed topics in Twitter. The conducted experiments demonstrate the proposed model achieved an overall accuracy of 76%. Our findings also reveal that the Covid-19 pandemic has negative effects on individuals 54.5% of tweets were associated with negative emotions whereas this was relatively low on emotion reports in the YouGov survey and gender-rescaled emotion scores on Twitter. In parallel, we discuss the impact of the pandemic on education and how users' emotions altered due to the catastrophic changes allied to the education system based on the proposed machine learning-based models.Publication Design and Implementation of a Deep Learning-Empowered m-Health Application(Springer, 2023) AKBULUT, AKHAN; DESOUKI, SARA; ABDELKHALIQ, SARA; KHANTOMANI, LAYAL; Çatal, ÇağatayMany people are unaware of the severity of melanoma disease even though such a disease can be fatal if not treated early. This research aims to facilitate the diagnosis of melanoma disease in people using a mobile health application because some people do not prefer to visit a dermatologist due to several concerns such as feeling uncomfortable by exposing their bodies. As such, a skincare application was developed so that a user can easily analyze a mole at any part of the body and get the diagnosis results quickly. In the first phase, the corresponding image is extracted and sent to a web service. Later, the web service classifies using the pre-trained model built based on a deep learning algorithm. The final phase displays the confidence rates on the mobile application. The proposed model utilizes the Convolutional Neural Network and provides 84% accuracy and 72% precision. The results demonstrate that the proposed model and the corresponding mobile application provide remarkable results for addressing the specified health problem.Publication Design Tactics for Enhancing the Adaptability of Primary and Middle Schools to the New Needs of Postpandemic Reuse(Emerald Group Publishing Ltd., 2021) Sen Bayram, Asena Kumsal; Alaçam, Sema; GÜZELCİ, HANDAN; Akkuyu, Elif Işık; Sencan, İnanç; GÜZELCİ, ORKAN ZEYNELPurpose - The aim of this study is to present design tactics (DTs) for supporting the adaptability of existing primary and middle school buildings into the emerging needs of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The study introduces a novel algorithmic model for postoccupancy evaluation of the existing school buildings and provides solutions to enhance the adaptability of these buildings. Design/methodology/approach - This study employs the DTs defined by the authors, integration of DTs to the algorithmic model and tests the usability of the proposed model in the selected sample set. The sample set consists of four primary and middle school buildings with different architectural qualities. The degrees of flexibility of the existing sample set are evaluated depending on the outcomes of the implementation. Findings - The degrees of flexibility are achieved as a result of execution of the algorithmic model for each selected school building. Initial results of the case studies show that the flexibility of a school building is highly related to affordances and design decisions of the plan layout which were considered in the initial phases of the design process. Architectural qualities such as open plan and having sufficient voids in the interior and exterior space become prominent factors for ensuring flexibility. Originality/value - Developing a systematic approach to the adaptation problem of primary and middle school buildings to postpandemic reuse is a novel research topic. Apart from this contextual originality, the proposed taxonomy for postpandemic reuse in terms of three levels of adaptation is a new conceptual framework. Moreover, the proposPublication Determination of Factors Affecting Time in Therapeutic Range in Patients on Warfarin Therapy(Sage Publications Inc., 2023) TÜREN, SEVDA; Türen, SelahattinBackground The effectiveness and safety of warfarin depend on maintaining an international normalized ratio (INR) within the therapeutic range. Time in Therapeutic Range (TTR) is defined as the percentage of time a patient's INR is within the therapeutic range. Objective We sought to determine the factors affecting good TTR in patients on warfarin therapy. Methods This was a descriptive cross-sectional study conducted in a single tertiary care center. Good anticoagulation control was defined as TTR >= 65%. Results The study population consisted of 518 patients. The mean age was 57.6 +/- 12.3 (19-87) and 54.4% of the patients were female. 47.5% patients achieved good anticoagulation control (TTR >= 65%). The mean Medication Adherence Report Scale (MARS) score was significantly higher in patients with good TTR (23.5 +/- 1.9 vs. 22.8 +/- 2.1, p = .002). Only 40.2% of the patients received education on warfarin. In multivariable analyses, the duration of warfarin therapy >10 years (OR: 2.27, 95% CI: 1.34-3.84, p = .002) and MARS score (OR: 1.22, 95% CI: 1.09-1.35, p < .001) were found to be the independent predictors of the good anticoagulation control. Conclusion Duration of warfarin therapy >10 years and MARS score were the independent predictors of good anticoagulation control.Publication Double Skin Facade Assessment by Fuzzy AHP and Comparison with AHP(Taylor & Francis Ltd., 2021) BOSTANCIOĞLU, ESRAA double-skin facade (DSF) has been widely used in recent years for its thermal and aesthetic properties. DSFs can also control wind pressure, manage natural ventilation and provide noise insulation. This study aims at providing an assessment of DSF to building designers and builders with their selection of facade systems. The decisions taken on the selection of facade systems are complicated ones based on multiple criteria. A decision must be taken only after many criteria are evaluated. While certain criteria such as heat insulation, noise insulation, and cost can be easily quantified, it is difficult to measure subjective criteria such as aesthetics. Therefore, the study aims at reflecting the experience of professionals who have applied such facade systems, to be able to evaluate all assessment criteria and facade systems. Architects or engineers working in the construction sector assessed criteria and DSF alternatives by replying to a questionnaire. Fuzzy set theory aids in measuring the ambiguity of concepts that are associated with human being's subjective judgment. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) has been applied to many assessment problems. It is used for the assessment of DSF in this study. AHP was used for the assessment of DSF in our previous study. The results of our previous study are also compared with the results of this study and findings are presented.Publication The Effect of Kinesiophobia on Physical Activity, Balance, and Fear of Falling in Patients with Parkinson's Disease(Taylor & Francis Inc., 2022) Oğuz, Semra; UZUNOĞLU, GAMZE ERTÜRK; Polat, Mine Gülden; Apaydın, HülyaPurpose Kinesiophobia is defined as the fear of movement and activity resulting from a feeling of vulnerability to painful injury or re-injury. This study aimed to determine the effect of kinesiophobia on physical activity, balance, and fear of falling in patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods The study, which was designed as a cross-sectional type, was conducted with 86 patients with Parkinson's disease (age 61.25 SD [9.72] years old) by face-to-face interviews with the patients. The Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia, International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form, Berg Balance Scale, Falls Efficacy Scale, Visual Analog Scale - Fear of Falling, Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale - motor score, and the Hoehn and Yahr scale were used to evaluate the patients. Results Patients with Parkinson's disease who had high levels of kinesiophobia had lower levels of physical activity, worse balance, and higher disease severity and fear of falling. A correlation was found between the Tampa Scale score and physical activity, balance, fear of falling, falls efficacy, and disease motor score (p r = -0.38, -0.54, 0.67, 0.57, and 0.37, respectively). According to multiple linear regression analysis, kinesiophobia explained the dependent variables to varying degrees ranging from 13% to 44% (p < .001). Conclusions Patients with Parkinson's disease may have kinesiophobia. Rehabilitation programs to support functional capacity for these patients should be developed considering the presence of kinesiophobia.Publication Eu External Governance in Policy Area Under "Embedded Stalemate": Navigating the Dynamic Networks of Turkish Transport(Routledge Journals, Taylor & Francis Ltd., 2024) ERTÜRK, AHMET CEMALThis paper offers a nuanced examination of EU external governance within the challenging terrain of ‘embedded stalemate’, utilizing a network governance lens. Focusing on the Turkish transport sector as a case study, the research seeks to unravel the determinants of EU compliance in areas characterized by a protracted political impasse. By investigating the intricate dynamics of this ‘embedded stalemate’, the paper explores the question: ‘How do various factors influence the compliance with the EU in the Turkish transport sector amid a prolonged stalemate characterized by the absence of benchmarks and deadlines?’ Through 11 semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders, ranging from Turkish Ministry officials to private transport advisors, the study identifies variables such as incentives, actor capacities, asymmetry of interdependence, socialization, and politicization as crucial forces influencing the trajectory of compliance. The conceptual framework of network governance is introduced, providing a theoretical lens to understand the complex web of actors and preferences in this dynamic landscape. Therefore, the study concludes that as a result of ‘embedded stalemate’, patchy compliance is achieved through prolonged and dynamically evolving network governance involving a diverse array of actors from both the EU and Turkey sides.Publication Evaluation of the Effects of Blockchain Technology Characteristics on SCOR Model Supply Chain Performance Measurement Attributes Using an Integrated Fuzzy MCDM Methodology(Taylor & Francis Ltd., 2023) Çıkmak, Sinan; Kantoğlu, Barış; KIRBAÇ, GÖKHANThis research aims to investigate and identify the effects of blockchain technology (BT) characteristics on SCOR supply chain (SC) performance measurement attributes. To achieve this, initially, the importance weights of blockchain characteristics (BC) in the context of the SC are determined by using the Interval Type-2 Fuzzy AHP. Furthermore, in order to rank Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model SC performance measurement attributes, the Interval Type-2 Fuzzy TOPSIS method is used. As for the conclusion, this research signifies that decentralised, security, and immutability are among the top three in terms of importance weights for SC while the consensus is ranked last and as for BC, SCOR model SC performance measurement attributes are ranked as reliability, asset management efficiency, responsiveness, cost, and agility. This study and its outcomes may serve organisations that are striving to boost their SC performance by applying BT.Publication An Exploration of the Subtypes of Male Youth Adjudicated for Sex Offenses: A Latent Class Analysis Based on Personal, Offense, and Victim Characteristics(Sage Publications Inc., 2022) Büker, Hasan; Cohen, Achraf; ERBAY, AYHANThis study intended to explore possible variations among youth adjudicated for sexual offenses based on personal criminogenic factors, offense, and victim characteristics. Utilizing a data set collected from the juvenile court files in Turkey (n = 460), the Latent Class Analysis revealed that the study sample included three different subgroups with distinct features: "non-delinquent, peer victim-targeting," "non-delinquent, younger victim-targeting," and "delinquent, versatile" youth adjudicated for sex offenses. The first two of these groups were similar in terms of having low levels of delinquency, while the third group included the lowest number of youth with significantly broad delinquent activity patterns. Gallium alloys like Eutectic Gallium Indium (EGaIn) are appealing due to their low melting point and high theoretical specific capacity. However, EGaIn electrodes are unstable in highly alkaline electrolytes due to Gallium oxide dissolution. In this letter, this bottleneck is addressed by introducing chemically stable films in which nanoscale droplets of EGaIn are coated with trace amounts of graphene oxide (GO). It is demonstrated that a GO to EGaIn weight ratio as low as 0.01 provides enough protection for a thin film formed by GO@EGaIn nanocomposite against significantly acidic or alkaline environments (pH 1-14). It is shown that GO coating significantly enhances the surface stability in such environments, thus improving the energy storage capacity by over 10x. Microstructural analysis confirms GO@EGaIn composite stability and enhanced electrochemical performance. Utilizing this, a thin-film supercapacitor is fabricated. Results indicate that when coating the EGaIn with GO to EGaIn ratio of 0.001, the areal capacitance improves by 10 times, reaching 20.02 mF cm(-2). This breakthrough paves the way for advanced liquid metal-based thin-film electrodes, promising significant improvements in energy storage applications.
