dc.description.abstractThis study talks about the impact of job stress and employee's commitment on job performance. There are elements within job stress and employee's commitment that influence Job Performance monumentally and beforehand in Pakistan; limited studies have done on these noteworthy factors based on Edible Oil Industries. The relationship among job stress, employee's commitment and job performance is also not analyzed yet in various industries of Pakistan including Edible Oils. The study has revealed that even though job stress is perceived as a really damaging phenomenon, but it does impact job performance positively when it is not excessive. It is also revealed that employee's commitment too impacts job performance positively and monumentally.en
