In conclusion, the adoption of e-commerce and shifts in consumer behaviour are undeniably propelling Turkey's economic development, bridging technological gaps, and establishing the nation as a key player in the global digital economy. To sustain and accelerate this growth, this study recommends investments in e-commerce infrastructure, technology adoption, consumer insights, financial inclusion, global expansion, inclusive, flexibility in pricing and supply chain, competition and innovation, regulatory awareness, closing the digital divide, sustainability, and adaptability as essential strategies.
