6502 Sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'a Göre Abonelik Sözleşmeleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın konusu 6502 Sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun' a göre Abonelik sözleşmeleridir, hedef olarak 6502 Sayılı Tüketicinin Kanun'un abonelik sözleşmesine getirdiği yenilikler araştırılmıştır. Araştırmamızda, abonelik sözleşmesinin temel esaslarını ele alıp, abonelik sözleşmesinin amacı, kapsamı, dayanak ve tanımları gibi genel bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca abonelik sözleşmesinin unsurlarına değinilmiş, türleri incelenmiş, tarafların hakları, borçları ve yükümlülükleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışma, tüketicinin mağdur olmaması için tüketiciye aydınlatıcı ve bilinçlendirici önlemler sunmak ya da almasını sağlamak, tüketicileri bilinçlendirip kendilerini koruyucu girişimlerde bulunmalarını istemek ve getirilen yenlikler hakkında bilgilendirmektir.The subject of this study is about the Subscription Agreement About the 6502 Legislation of Consumer Protection, as a goal the innovations of the subscription agreement about the 6502 legislation of consumer protection have been researched. İn this research, the most important elements like; the subscription agreement, the scope, the base and the definition have been explained. Further mone, the constituents of a subscription agreement have been mentioned, their types have been researched, the rights of the sides, the depts and the liabilitşes have been alabonated. The research, gives information to the consumer for not being the victim, it gives enlightening and informative preventions to be taken or to be ensured, making the consumers be aware of the sitvation nd want them to be in protective attempts and giving them information about the innovations that have been brought.
