Neoliberalizm, Finansallaşma ve Küresel Kriz: Emek Bağlamında Bir Değerlendirme

Abstract

Küresel kriz ile birlikte krizin maliyetini kimin yükleneceği tartışma konusu olmuştur. Ancak krizden çıkış stratejisi olarak benimsenen daha çok neoliberalizm ve emek piyasalarını esnekleştirme söylemi tartışmaya noktayı koymuştur. Krizin yükü emekçilerin omuzlarına yüklenmiştir. Krizi çıkaranlar olarak görülen finans kesimi ise batmayacak kadar büyük söylemleri ile devletin himayesi altına girmiştir. Bu çalışmada, finansallaşma sürecinin sebep olduğu küresel kriz ve bunun emekçi kesim üzerine olan etkilerinin analiz edilmesi amaçlanmıştır.He issue of who will bear the cost of crisis has been the matter of debate with the global economic crisis. However, the adoption of more neoliberalism and labor market flexibility as the exit strategy from the crisis ended this debate. The burden of crisis was put on the shoulders of workers. On the other hand, the financial sector which caused this crisis has been protected by the state with the discourse of “too big too fail”. The aim of this study is to analyze the global crisis which was caused by the process of financialization and its effect on workers.
