Abstract
Çalışmanın I. Bölümünde, bilim kurgu türü öncelikle bir kavram olarak ele alınmış; II. Bölümde sinemaya kaynak oluşturan yazın yapıtlarından yola çıkarak dünya sinemasındaki örnekleri incelenmiştir. III. Bölümde ise, dünya sinemasına göre konumlandırılan Türk sinemasında türün en belirgin yapıtı olarak nitelendirilebilecek G.O.R.A. adlı film çözümlenerek bilim kurgunun kendine özgü sinema dili ve teknik özellikleriyle ilgili bulgular ortaya koyulmuştur. Bilim kurgu terimini oluşturan kavramlar, bilim ve kurgunun sanat alanlarında nasıl bağdaştığı tartışılmış; aynı zamanda diğer türlerle bağıntıları da irdelenmiştir. Öncelikle, türün öncülü sayılan fantastik yazın yapıtlarının konu özellikleri incelenmiş; daha sonra, tarihsel süreç içinde sinemada bilim kurgu türünün gelişimine yer verilmiştir. Tez kapsamında, dünya sinemasıyla ilgili araştırmaların sonucunda elde edilen bulguların Türk sineması alanında geçerliliği tartışılmıştır. Ülkemiz sinema ortamında bilim kurgu türüne yaklaşım, yapım süreci, Türk sinemasında bilim kurgunun yeri filmlerden örneklerle belirlenmiştir.Bu bağlamda, Türk sinemasının kendine özgü bilim kurgu anlayışı çerçevesinde sinema dili, teknik, güzelduyusal özellikleri göstergebilimsel yöntem ışığında çözümlenmiştir.
Description
In the first part, science-fiction comes into consideration as a concept, and with the help of some literature work, which are source of cinema, and in the second part some examples of world-cinema are examined. In the third part, the most evident example of turkish science fiction cinema "G.O.R.A." which is placed at the same category of world science-fiction cinema, is analyzed, and some inventions are presented, which are related wiht the special language and technics of the cinema. It is discussed, that how the concept, which formed the term science-fiction, is related with "science" and "fiction" and it is also considered how they are related with the other species. First of all, the special features of fantastic literature,wich is thought as the innovator of science-fiction, are examined, and than the progress of science-fiction in the history of cinema is discussed. In the thesis, the currency of the inventions from world cinema, in the area of turkish cinema are considered. The approach to science-fiction in our country, the production process, the place of science-fiction in turkish cinema are determined with some exemples. In this context, with the special comprehention of science-fiction in the turkish cinema, the language of cinema, technics, esthetics are analyzed with the help of semiotics method.
