Türkiyede Kadın Girişimciliğin Gelişiminde Devlet Destekleri Girişimcilik Eğitimi Alan Kadın Girişimcilerin Analizi

Abstract

KOBİ'lerin gelişiminde Devlet destekleri ve alternatif finansman kaynakları fırsat noktaları olarak görülmektedir. Bu çalışma ülkemizde girişimciliğin geliştirilmesi amacıyla, girişimci adaylarının devlet destekleri ve alternatif finansman kanalları konuları ile girişimciliğin türleri ve işlevleri konusunda bilgilendirilmesini hedeflemektedir. Unutulmamalıdır ki, tüm girişimci adayları gibi kadın girişimciler kolaylıkla finansman sorununu çözemedikleri için ciddi zorluklar yaşamakta, paranın kaynağına kredi olarak dahi bile olsa ulaşamamaları önemli zorluk yaratmaktadır. Ayrıca, çalışma kapsamında girişimci adaylarına girişimcilerin ilerlemesi önünde en büyük engellerden birisi olan ekonomik kaynakların eksikliği ve mevcut finansal kaynaklara erişim zorlukları ile başa çıkmada katkı sağlayacak çözüm önerileri sunulmaktadır. Çalışmada kullanılan yapılandırılmış görüşme formları ile girişimcilerin eğitim seviyelerine göre verdikleri cevaplar ile aldıkları destek miktarları ve çeşitlerinin girişimci adaylarının işletme kurma sürecindeki kararlılıklarına etkileri incelenmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında Türkiye'de Girişimciliğin Gelişiminde Devlet Destekleri ve Özel Finansman Yöntemlerinin kadın girişimciler üzerinde ki etkileri incelenmiştir. Government funds and other alternative sources of funding play an essential role in the development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (KOBIs). The aim of this study is to inform the entrepreneur candidates about the government funds and the other alternative sources of funding. It should be kept in mind that like all other entrepreneur candidates women entrepreneurs suffer from the problem of reaching sufficient amounts of funds to start business. So, this study presents alternative ways to reach the available funding resources to the entrepreneur candidates. Providing the entrepreneur candidates with the strategies to cope with the difficulties in reaching the available funds is also in the scope of this study. Using the structured interview forms, the researcher collected data pertaining to the funds the entrepreneur candidates obtained based on their educational backgrounds and the effects of those on their decision making processes also analyzed and evaluated. Another objective of this study is to elaborate on the effects of government funds and private funding tools on the development of entrepreneurship and especially women's entrepreneurship in Turkey.
