1970'li Yıllarda Aşık Şiirinde Politik Söylem

Abstract

Toplumun birçok kesimi doğrudan ya da dolaylı olarak ülkede yaşanan siyasî atmosfere ayak uydurmaya çalışmaktadır. Âşık şiirinin temsilcileri içinden, politik olaylar karşısında tepkisiz kalan isimler olsa da, toplum için kaygıları bulunan ve bu doğrultuda ülkenin siyasetini takip ederek politik söylemler üreten âşıklar olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın konusunu, toplumun problemlerini önceleyen ve bu amaçla siyasî bir tavır alan âşıkların şiirleri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada ilk olarak, âşıkların siyasî içerikli şiirleri toplanmış ve âşıkların bu şiirleri oluştururken hangi doğrultuda hareket ettikleri ve neyi amaçladıkları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Şiirler, 1970'li yıllarda Türkiye'de yaşanan siyasî olaylar göz önüne alınarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda, âşıkların en çok üzerinde durduğu konular saptanarak, konuların her biri ayrı başlıklar altında incelenmiştir. Şiirlerin değerlendirmesi yapılırken, âşıkların benimsemiş olduğu dünya görüşü dikkate alınmış ve buradan bir sonuca varılmaya çalışılmıştır. Şiirlerde işlenen konuların toplandığı her bir bölümün sonunda, âşıkların genel itibariyle ortaya koyduğu fikirlerden bazı çıkarımlar yapılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde, âşıkların çağın gerisinde kalma gibi bir probleminin olmadığı kanıtlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Siyasî tavra sahip âşıkların, yaşanan gelişmelerden ve fikir hareketlerinden haberdar olarak toplumun sorunları adına birtakım öneriler sundukları görülmüştür.Vast majority of the society either directly or indirectly tries to keep up with the political atmosphere of the country. Minstrel Poetry has its own characters who are rather numb regarding this perspective and some whom are concerned about the society's state and in that manner generate politically induced poetry parallel with the country's political atmosphere. This study is based on those minstrels, who prioritize society's problems and have a political stance. In the first part of the study, minstrel's poems with political content have been gathered and their behavioral tendencies on generating these poems have been identified. Poems have been evaluated considering the political incidents that took place in Turkey in 1970. In this context, topics, frequently underlined by the minstrels have been identified and examined in respective subtopics. While evaluating the poems, each individual minstrel's general philosophy in life and their conception of the World have been put in to consideration and doing so has drawn a conclusion. It has been observed that in the majority of the poems, elements such as justice, equality, freedom, national solidarity, the struggle for independence and social peace stand out. In the conclusion, the fact that minstrels have struggled to keep up with time has been put in to evaluation for justification. Minstrels, who have a political stance, have been observed to be more sensitive to ongoing incidents and idea movements and thus have produced advisory solutions to society's problems.
