Abstract

Introduction of different materials other than traditional ones into the art started a period that was influential on the whole twentieth century, and collages become important tools within this movement. The use of real objects invalidated the term of ‘’ art object ‘’ throughout the questioning of their mediocrity in the whole twentieth century. This let the invention of through ezpand the limits for art as to include all that ordinaries from the human body to the life of the artist. This paper points out how cubism presedent the consept of reality debated in the realm of art at the beginning of the century, particularly with referance to the collages practiced with paper-origin media in the synthetic age of the cubist tradition.
