Tez 2 bölümden olusmakla birlikte 1. kisimda Avrupa Birliginin tarihsel olusmu, hukuksal yapisi ve isleyisi (organlari) incelenmistir. 2. kisimda Türkiyenin Avrupa Birligi ile olan iliskisi konu edilerek, bu iliskinin hangi tarihte ve nasil basladigindan günümüze kadar olan gelismeleri hem sosyal faktörler acisindan hemde hukusal ayrintilar incelenerek deginilmistir. Ikinci kisimda özellikle Türkiye AB iliskisinin temeli olan Ankara Antlasmasina ve bu antlasmaya dayanan Ortaklik Konseyinin bazi kararlarina yer verilmistir.
Description
The master's thesis consists of two parts. The first part deals with the emergence of the EU , its legal structure and how it works (EU institutions). In Part 2 it comes to Turkey and its position within the European Union and specifically the relationship between Turkey and the EU which is based on the Ankara agreement. In addition, the increasing economical social and cultural difficulties regarding a possible membership of Turkey and some decisions of the Association Council are discussed.
