Abstract
Türk dilinin araştırma alanlarından biri de lehçe çalışmalarıdır. Bu çalışmanın konusu İran'ın Erdebil ve Zencan eyaletlerinde yaşayan Şahseven Türkleri ve Şahseven Türklerinin konuştukları Türkçedir. Çalışma "Giriş, Ses Bilgisi, Şekil Bilgisi, Metinler, Dizin" olmak üzere beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın konusu, amacı, çalışmada kullanılan materyal ve yöntem, ses kayıtlarının yazıya aktarılması, yazıya aktarılan kayıtların incelenmesi ile ilgili bilgiler sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın temeline ilişkin esaslardan sonra İran ve İran Türkleri ile ilgili genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Giriş bölümünün son kısmında Şahseven Türkleri tüm yönleriyle incelenmiş ve ses bilgisine geçilmiştir. Ses bilgisi bölümünde, Şahseven Türkçesinde kullanılan tüm seslere ait özellikler, betimleyici dil bilgisi esaslarına göre incelenmiştir. Şahseven Türkçesindeki ünlüler, ünsüzler, fonolojik süreçler ve vurgu bu bölümün ana başlıklarıdır. Şekil bilgisi bölümünde, Şahseven Türkçesindeki "İsimler, Sıfatlar, Zarflar, Zamirler, Fiiller, Fiilimsiler ve Edatlar" yine betimleyici dil bilgisi esaslarına göre incelenmiş ve tüm konu başlıkları örneklerle açıklanmıştır. İnceleme kısmından elde edilen veriler sonuç kısmında maddeler halinde sıralanmıştır. Metin bölümünde çalışmanın esasını oluşturan kırk bir adet derleme metni, kaynak kişilere ait bilgiler de verilmek suretiyle çeviri yazı alfabesine aktarılarak sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın son bölümü gramatikal dizindir. Dizin bölümünde derleme metinlerinde yer alan tüm sözcükler, alfabetik olarak sıralanmış ve sözcüklerin metinlerde geçen anlamları verilmiştir.
One of the research areas of the Turkish language has been dialect studies. The subject of this study is the Turkish that is spoken by Shahsavan Turks and Shahsavan Turks who have been living in Ardabil and Zanjan provinces of Iran. The study consists of five chapters which are "Introduction, Phonetics, Morphology, Texts, and Index.". In the introduction part; the subject of the study, the purpose of the study, the material and method that has been used in the study, the transcription of the sound recordings into the text, and information about the examination of the recorded records are presented. After the basics which are in related to basis of the study, general information about Iran and Iranian Turks is given. In the last part of the introduction, Shahsavan Turks have been analyzed in all aspects and then phonetics has been approached. In the phonetics section, features of all sounds which are used in Shahsavan Turkish have been scrutinized according to the descriptive grammar principles. Vowels, consonants, phonological processes and stress in Shahsavan Turkish are the main topics of this section. In the morphology section, "Nouns, Adjectives, Adverbs, Pronouns, Verbs, Gerunds-İnfinitives, Conjunctions and Exclamations" in Shahsavan Turkish have been also gone through according to the descriptive grammar principles, and all topics have been given reviewed with examples. The data which have been obtained from the review part have been specified in the conclusion part. In the text part, forty-one collation texts, which form the basis of the study, have been presented by being transcribed into the alphabet of transcription, by means of giving information about the source persons. The last part of the study is the grammatical index. All the words in the collation texts in the index section are listed alphabetically and the meanings of the words in the texts have been given.
