Ahmet Haşim şiiri üzerine tartışmalar

Abstract

In this thesis, critical approaches towards Ahmet Haşim?s poetics were being put under scrutiny. In 1921 when Haşim published a poem under the title `Bir Günün Sonunda Arzu? ( Desire at the end of a Day) around which quite a rumpus was aroused. Concerning the problem of `meaning and ambiquity?, arguments for and against Haşim?s poetics were constantly at the core in the process of Modernism in Turkish poetry. Should the `meaning? be backgrounded, as with Haşim?s case or foregrounded is, from Haşim to Orhan Veli and after, has been the foremost problem of poetic discourses of important Turkish poets. The thesis, nevertheless, is not solely concerned with the problem of `meaning and ambiguity?, but also with all other aspects and issues relating Haşim?s poetics.
