Abstract

Proof of the first administrative trial procedure, the concept of burden of proof in administrative court, the general rules and exceptions to what is happening in the burden of proof and the burden of proof açıkalmış trial procedures were compared. Later evidence proved that by means of the features and qualities are described, the administrative judge of its own motion being referred to the evidence used and available areas of research in conflict with the principle put forward the written proceedings. Denotes providing a choice between these two policy choices in the form of what is required it should be investigated.
