Abstract
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, duygusal emek ile örgütsel vatandaşlık arasındaki etkileşimde örgütsel
yaşamda yalnızlığın rolünü tespit etmektir. Duygusal emek ile örgütsel vatandaşlık arasındaki
etkileşimde örgütsel yaşamda yalnızlığın düzenleyici etkisine yönelik araştırma İstanbul ilinde bilişim
sektöründe faaliyet gösteren ERP (Kurumsal Kaynak Planlaması) firmalarında çalışan danışmanlarına
yönelik gerçekleştirilmiştir. 440 denekten toplanan verilere göre duygusal emek ile örgütsel
vatandaşlık arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı etkileşim olduğu, duygusal emek ve örgütsel vatandaşlığı
örgütsel yaşamda yalnızlığın negatif yönlü etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Örgütsel yaşamda yalnızlığın
düzenleyicilik rolünün tespitine yönelik gerçekleştirilen hiyerarşik çoklu regresyon analizine göre hem
duygusal yalnızlık hem de sosyal arkadaşlık alt boyutunun düzenleyici etkisi saptamıştır.
The main purpose of this study is to identify the moderating role of loneliness at work in the interaction between emotional labour and organizational citizenship. According to the aim of the research, data was collected via survey method from 440 employees who were working at ERP companies located in İstanbul, as a consultant. In this respect, for data analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis were used, and significant results were obtained. According to the results; there was a significant positive interaction between emotional labour and organizational citizenship attitudes, and emotional labour and organizational citizenship attitudes were negatively affected by loneliness at work. Analysis indicates that loneliness has moderating role between emotional labour and organizational citizenship attitudes.
