İstanbul Eyüp İlçesi Devlet Ortaokullarında Okul ve Aileler Arasında Yaşanan Sorunlar Hakkında Yönetici Görüşleri

Abstract

Öğrencilerin başarısında okul ortamı sorunlarının en alt düzeyde olmasının ve mevcut sorunların kısa zamanda çözülmesinin önemi büyüktür. Bununla beraber okullarda yaşanan sorunların en önemlilerinden biri okul ve aile arasında yaşanan çatışmalardır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, yönetici görüşleri doğrultusunda okul ve aileler arasında yaşanan sorunlarla ilgili mevcut durumu betimlemek ve okullarda yaşanan okul aileler arasındaki sorunların yöneticilerin işlerini nasıl etkilediğini belirlemektir. Çalışmanın evreni 2016-2017 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında İstanbul ili Eyüp İlçesine bağlı devlet ortaokullarında görev yapan okul yöneticilerinden meydana gelmektedir. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak tarama (ölçek) seçilmiştir. Araştırmanın veri kaynağını ölçeklerle toplanan veriler oluşturmaktadır. Analizler SPSS20 paket programı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre okul ve aileler arasında yaşanan sorunlarda velilerin, öğretmenlerin ve okulun etkisi bulunmakla beraber yöneticilerin sorunlara ilişkin görüşleri ve performansları, çalışma koşullarına göre farklılık göstermemektedir.

The success of the students is of great importance for the problems of the school environment to be at the lowest level and to solve the existing problems in a short time. However, one of the most important problems in schools is the conflict between school and family. The purpose of this research is to describe the current state of the school and family problems in line with managerial opinions, and to determine how problems between the school family and the school affect the administrators' business. The universe of the work is coming from the school administrators who work in state secondary schools affiliated to Eyüp District of Istanbul province in 2016-2017 academic year. Survey (questionnaire) was selected as the data collection method in the survey. Survey data are collected by questionnaire. Analyzes were performed using the SPSS20 packet program. According to the results of the research, the opinions about the problems of the administrators and the performances of the administrators are not different according to the working conditions, while the problems between the school and the family are the contributions of the parents, the teachers and the school.
