Abstract
Kentsel dönüşüm kavramı, yaşam alanları ile ilgili sorunlar ve gereksinimler dikkate alınarak bir alanın iktisadi, toplumsal ve alansal niteliklerinin değerlendirilmesi neticesinde uygulanabilir niteliği olan bir yol haritasının oluşturulmasıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı kentsel dönüşüm kavramını, önemini ve uygulama biçimleri açıklanarak Türkiye'de kentsel dönüşüm kapsamında Başakşehir ilçesinin kanuni dayanaklarıyla birlikte incelenmesidir. Araştırma kentsel dönüşüm alanında yerli ve yabancı kaynaklardan yararlanılarak hazırlanmış ve örneklem olarak Başakşehir bölgesi seçilmiştir. Başakşehir belediyesinin kentsel dönüşüm kapsamında oluşturduğu analiz ve değerlendirme raporlarından yararlanılmıştır.
Description
The concept of urban regeneration is the creation of a road map, which is feasible as a result of the evaluation of an area taking into account the economic, social and territorial requirements. The purpose of this study is to explain the concept, importance and the applications forms of urban transformation of urban transformation, together with its legislative basis through the example of Basaksehir. The study relies on local and international resources on urban transformation and has chosen Başakşehir as a case. The analyses and evaluation reports of the Municipality of Başakşehir constitute the main source of information for this study.
