dc.description.abstractThis study will consider the deviations from rationality depending on human behaviour. It will also discuss the economic outcomes regarding this behavioural process. This paper is consists of five chapters. The first chapter aims to explain the concepts which are seen as the basis of the study. The second chapter focuses on consumer behaviour. It also explains the direct influence of factors on consumer bahaviour and models regarding this concept. The next chapter presents the irrationality concept. It also introduces some factors which prevent human to bahave rational or consumer to be ?homo economicus?. The final chapter summarises the findings, and represents key points derived from the survey that aims to measure cumsumers? irrational behaviours.en
