Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet algıları ve örgütsel sessizlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi göstermektedir. Araştırma 2016 – 2017 yılında Erbil şehrinde görev yapan 257 öğretmeni üzerinde yapılmıştır. Çalışma ilişkisel modelleme üzerine kurgulanarak analizler ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca örgütsel adalet ve örgütsel sessizlik ile alt boyutlarının öğretmenlerin demografi bilgilerine göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı test edilmiştir. Son olarak öğretmenlerin dağıtımsal, işlemsel ve etkileşimsel adalet algıları ile örgütsel sessizlik düzeyleri arasında düşük, negatif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu belirlenmiştir. The purpose of this study is to show relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and organizational levels silence. The research consists of teachers. The current study's sample was composed 257 teachers who are working in Erbil city in 2016 – 2017. In this study, Niehoof and Moorman (1993) and Polat (2007) used organizational justice which was adapted to Turkish. In the present study, organizational justice one by one, was determined by the perception of average organizational justice. It is used the scale organizational silence which is developed by the Kahveci. This research is done by using relational survey model. Finally, it was determined that there is slow, negative and meaningful relationship between the levels distributive, organizational and organizational justice and organizational silence.
