Öğrenen organizasyonlarda bilgi teknolojilerinin rolü ve örgütsel öğrenmeye etkisi üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the use of information technologies in the organizations that are learning on their own and to emphasize the importance of information technologies in individual and organizational level. The main hyptohesis in the study is that the organizations are leading an active way of using information technologies in learning procedures in both individual and organizational level. In this way, in the first part, the learning, organizational learning, information, knowledge management and information technologies are emphasized with organizational learning and the relations among them. The analyze part focuses on the role of the information technologies in companies located in İstanbul and how they store, reuse the data. According the results from analysis, the organization can have more effective and faster way of using information technologies in terms of using and learning procedures. In the final part of the analysis, some recommendations on the use of information technologies during learning procedures are done.
