Sosyolojide Yeni Arayışlar: Kaos Teorisi'nin Sosyolojiye Sunduğu İmkanlar Üzerine Bir Deneme

Abstract

It's observed that Chaos Theory which discusses non - linear dynamics and in the last two decades myriads of pappers and books were written on, has been affected the sociological approaches recently. It's believed that Chaos Theory, which offers great advantages on understanding, modelling and interpretting the multi --dimensional systems, lead to a paradigm shift in sociology. Chaos Theory is percieved as a challange to dominant determinist paradigm in the scientific world. The question is how this interaction will be, and whether if the models based Chaos Theory will offer a coherent solution to the problems that sociology discusses.
