Organized crime is an organization which has been established to commit illegal activities, whatever the qualification is. To establish an organized crime, there should be an directly intentional purpose for the crime that commited, -whatever its qualification is- to achieve organization's goal, on other saying, three or more people's purpose should be committing one of the crimes that pointed in 5237 numbered Turkish Penal Code 220th Paragraph. In here, the threat that is important about the social orders, by the governments that are struggling against this threat applies criminal laws against them, enforces them and applies penal provision.
