Abstract

Universities are institutions that mostly serve for adolescents. Thus, adolescence period behaviours, problems and traumas are frequently encountered. Professional and expert action of Psychological counselling units are vital in these kind of situations. Because, leading young people to the right way and creating awareness, reminding them that they are not alone, are very important steps fort hem to overcome the crises and traumas. Listening to them, shpwing them that they are understood, sharing, making them notice that they are being loved and being considered important, helping them changing their attitudes are the basics of the most correct approach. This way of treatment is the bottom line of the psychological support practices.
