Abstract
Kiracının kira bedelini ödeme borcunu, yerine getirmemesi ve bu borcun yerine getirilmemesi dolayısıyla meydana gelecek hukuki sorunlar, çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Kira bedelinin ödenmesine etki eden özel durumlar, birinci bölümde ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise, kiracının kira bedelini ödemede hangi hallerde temerrüde düşeceği ve genel olarak temerrüdün sonuçları incelenmiştir. Kiracının, kira bedellerini ödememesi durumunda, kiraya verenin sahip olduğu teminat imkanları da son bölüm olan üçüncü bölümde incelenmiştir.
Description
The subject of this study is the legal issues that result from the nonexecution of tenants? obligation of rent payments. The study consists of three sections. Section 1 includes the special cases that effect the rent payments. Section 2 includes the cases in which a tenant defaults in case of nonexecution of the obligation of rent payment and broadly, the results of default. And, lastly, section 3 includes the warranty options a houseowner has in case of the nonexecution of the rent payment.
