Abstract

Bu çalışma, vekalet teorisinin temel prensiplerini inceleme ve anonim şirketlerde vekalet probleminin hangi biçimlerde ortaya çıktığını, bu sorunun minimize edilmesinde kullanılan yöntemleri belirlemeye yönelik olarak yapılmıştır.

In corporations, there are some problems and conflicts resulting from the separation of the management and ownership of the firm. This study examines the costs associated with potential conflict between parties in the firm and several actions to minimize these costs.
