Dinamik tesis yerleşim düzenleme probleminin çok ölçütlü olarak ele alınması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 2 dönemli-3 departmanlı ve 3 konumlu teorik bir Tesis Yerleşim Düzenleme Problemi(TYDP) oluşturulmuş ve bu problem öncelikle dinamik programlama yaklaşımı ile ele alınarak sadece maliyet kriterine göre optimum yerleşim düzeni bulunmuştur. Daha sonra ise, en az maliyetli yerleşim düzeni alternatifleri, maliyet yanında başka ölçütlerle beraber TOPSIS yöntemi ile tekrar değerlendirilmiştir. Çünkü literatürdeki çalışmalar tesis yerleşim düzenleme problemini statik, statik ve çok ölçütlü, dinamik olarak ele almışlardır. Ancak dinamik çözümlerin çok ölçütlü olarak tekrar ele alındığı çalışmalar konusunda eksiklik olduğu görülmüştür. Bu bağlamda, Tesis Yerleşim Düzenleme Problemi çalışmalarındaki bu eksiklik oluşturulan teorik örnek ile giderilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonuç kısmında ise; sadece maliyet açısından ele alındığında uygun olan bir yerleşim düzeninin, maliyetin yanında başka ölçütlerle beraber incelendiğinde en iyi yerleşim düzeni olamayacağı gösterilmiştir.

In this study, a theorical plant layout problem with 2 periods, 3 departments and 3 locations have been constructed. For this problem, first of all, an optimum layout model has been obtained according to cost criteria. Then, minimum cost layout alternatives with additional other criteria have been considered by TOPSIS procedure. The reason for this is that the studies in the literature consider the plant layout problem being as static and static and multi criteria and dynamic. It has been observed that there is a lack of studies in both dynamic and multi criteria. Accordingly, a theoretical example has been formed to cover this lackness. In the end, it was shown that a layout alternative which was the most appropriate one according to just the cost-criteria is necessarily not the most appropriate one adding other criteria different than cost criteria
