So that, an individual who is overstressed can suffer aggressiveness, non-confidence, difficulties in focusing, chronic tiredness, tension, sadness, anxiety, anger, poor health, depression, etc. Naturally, this causes the individual, who is overstressed, to have mental, physical, and psychological illnesses.
