Abstract

This study is the rescelt of detailed research into the issue of construction delays in the contracts in return for independent write, which is widely in use in Turkey. The study covers the precautions taken to prevent delays and also the sanctions against breaches in these types of contract. Legal choices of the owners are explained under different conditions. This research study focuses on a case study, which is basically the reshelf of a construction delay in a contract return for independent unit. The case in analyzed from the viewpoint of right and enforcement. Discussion of findings aims to provide quid leis for land owners by means of the causes and delays in these types of contract. Finally, the study proposes a model contract from to be used in construction contracts in return for independent unit.
