Abstract

This study includes the musical life and the Carmina Burana by Carl Orff, one of the most important German composers. In the first section the music career of Carl Orff, and in the second section a study of his Carmina Burana with musical samples are presented. At the attachments section the original manuscript copies of the cantat from Harvard University Libraries, New York Public Libraries and Yale University Library.
