Abstract

Companies put efforts to continue their activities in the rapidly changing business environment and try to be influential on their business sector. In the global competition environment, adjusting the present company structure to the daily conditions and preparing it to the future conditions are very important. The importance of outsourcing as a strategic management tool is obtaining this opportunities to the firms.In this study, outsourcing as a strategic management tool is studied and outsourcing applications in health care services are investigated. In spite of many outsourcing applications in other business sectors, healthcare sector is chosen because of its being a service sector and suitable for applications. Due to the researches at a public hospital, outsourcing applications are compared in these points of view; service quality and work satisfaction of staff.
