Abstract

Organizational Culture in some perspectives is the sum of the individual cultural perceptions. Every each individual in organization has special perception. The interactivity between them creates an ambiance that affects each individual's perspectives. The shared perspectives that create social values are at the same time basis of organizational culture. In this paper it is inquired how individual perspective create val ues that make the cultural basis. To explore the differences between individual cognition, a word survey applied to the 135 people. It is also checked with the results of same survey with American sample to enlighten whether values are intercultural free.
