Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerinin Oyun Öğretimine İlişkin Özyeterlik Düzeylerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Okul öncesi eğitim 36-60 ay aralığındaki çocukların gelişim düzeyleri ile bireysel özelliklerine uygun eğitim ortamlarında motor, sosyal ve duygusal, bilişsel, dil ve özbakım becerilerinin desteklendiği bir süreçtir. Bu çalışmada okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin oyun öğretimine ilişkin mesleki özyeterliklerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Betimsel tarama yönteminde gerçekleştirilen araştırmada veriler ''Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve Kadim (2012) tarafından geliştirilen “Okul Öncesi Dönemde Oyun Öğretimi Özyeterlik Anketi” ile toplanmıştır. Öğretmenlerin yaşlarına bağlı olarak oyun öğretimi etkinliklerini planlama, değerlendirme alt boyutu puanları ile oyun öğretimi mesleki özyeterlik puanları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu bulunmuştur. Eğitim sisteminin ilk basamağını oluşturan okul öncesi eğitimde oyun ile eğitim-öğretimin bir bütün olarak düşünülmesi ve etkinliklerin oyun temelli düzenlemesi son derece önemlidir.Preschool education in the range of 36-60 months regarding the individual characteristics of children, and developmental levels in a range of educational environments, social and emotional, physical and intellectual processes are all supported. In this research that aims to determine the self efficacy level regarding game teaching of preschool teachers. In the research carried out as descriptive survey method, the data is obtained from “Personal Information Form” and “Preschool Period Game Teaching Self-Efficacy Questionnaire” developed by Kadim (2012). Depending on the teachers’ age, there is a meaningful difference between planning the game teaching activities, evaluation of them with their sub-scores. In the preschool period constituting the first step of education system, It is extremely important that game and education should be considered as a whole and the activities should be arranged as game-based.
