İşletmelerde kaos yönetimi

Abstract

Changing technology and phi losophies of management have been the source of new problems although they provide solutions to the current problems. Today's enterprises demand the human resource that is capable of doing much more work in a shorter period of time using several information channels at the same time. This demand appears as being the consequences of increasing number of communication/information channels and the competitive workforce market. Chaos management, specifically gained a new meaning regarding the understanding the nature of chaos, taking preventive actions and preparing rational decision making mechanisms. This paper presents tools that can be used for chaos management in enterprises. In addition, the tools for chaos management (time management, change management etc) and the interactions between these tools were also discussed.
