Scott Shapiro: Hukuk Felsefesinde Yumurta-Tavuk Problemi ve Bir Çözüm Yolu Olarak Planlama Teorisi

Abstract

İlk önce tavuk mu, yoksa yumurta mı? Yaşamış ve yaşamakta olan önemli zihinleri meşgul eden bahse konu sorunun, ilk bakışta sonsuz bir döngüyü akıllara getirmesi muhtemeldir.
