Abstract

Presented here is the work on the analysis of the triangle formed by centenary gender stereotypes, special treatments on grounds of those gender stereotypes and the Strasbourg Court, which has recently developed different case law in the face of allegations that special treatments constitute a violation of rights under the Convention.
