In this regard, I draw upon the insights of contemporary philosopher Axel Honneth, who ambivalently acknowledges the influence of Kant's moral philosophy in shaping the conceptualization of the struggle for recognition. Unlike Honneth, I claim unequivocally, that any theory for the struggle for recognition needs explicit Kantian grounds.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAttribution 3.0 United Stateshttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/us/KantRespectRecognitionHonnethDisrespectMoralityRespect and Struggles for Recognition: Kant and HonnethArticle0013626504000052-s2.0-85210762598
