Ayrıca bu araştırma ile ortaokullarda okul müdürleri ile öğretmenlerin görüşleri arasında cinsiyet, görev türü, yaş, meslekte çalışma süresi, kıdem, bulunduğu okulda çalışma süresi, branş gibi değişkenler arasında anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığını, öğretmenlere göre etkileme davranışlarının ortaokul müdürleri tarafından gösterilme düzeyi, okul müdürü görüşlerinin öğretmen görüşlerine ve kişisel özelliklerinin kendi görüşlerine etki edip etmediği de araştırılmıştır.In this study it is aimed to determine the behaviors of administrators towards teachers in secondary school and to determine the degree of relationship among the variablespecified. Surveys were used in the academic year of 2016-2017 for 175 teachers and school principals working in 24 different state secondary schools located in Fatih district of İstanbul province. In order to collect data, the survey of ''The Effects of Secondary School Principals Behaviours on Teachers'' was used. The survey is composed of 2 dimensions. In the first dimension, we used 9 personal questions, and in the second dimension 41 questions were asked about the affectivenes of administrators behaviors on teachers. In data analysis, we used SPSS statistical package.
